摘要
对甲甲酯装置哈氏合金C22盘管式酰胺加热器短时间内发生的严重腐蚀损伤形式、位置及成因进行试验分析。指出,焊接热引起的富Cr、Mo相(碳化物及金属间化合物)晶间析出是引起严重腐蚀的主要因素,变形与冲刷加速腐蚀。提出了可行的修复技术。对焊后固溶处理的必要性及相关技术进行试验论证。该工作对酰胺加热器及高镍合金结构的制作与运行有重要参考价值。
In this paper, the form, location and cause of the serious corrosion damage occurred in the short time of the Hastelloy alloy C22 coil type amide heater of the methyl ester device were tested and ana- lyzed. It is pointed out that intergranular precipitation of rich Cr, Mo phase (carbides and intermetallic compounds) caused by welding heat is the main factor causing serious corrosion. Deformation and erosion accelerated corrosion. Put forward a workable repair technology. The article proves the necessity of solution treatment after welding and relevant technology. This work has important reference value for the produc- tion and operation of the amide heater and high nickel alloy structure.
