卧式分子筛吸附器内件制作与组装

摘要 卧式分子筛吸附器内件结构复杂,管筛孔板的平整和各支撑件间的间隙不易满足,内件组装后的配合公差不易控制。结合实际生产,详细介绍了卧式分子筛吸附器内件,主要是支撑部件的制作与组装工艺,为同类设备的制造提供一套全面实用的参考工艺。 Internals in horizontal molsleve adsorber vessel on saddle supports are very complex, the flatness of nozzle screen plate and the clearance between the supporting component are difficult to assure, af- ter internals assembling, the fit tolerance is hard to control. In conjunction with the actual manufacturing, detailed describe the manufacture and assembly process of internals in horizontal molsleve adsorber vessel on saddle supports, especially in supporting component, with a view to provide a comprehensive and prac- tical reference for the similar equipment.
