摘要
建立乳癖康胶囊中橙皮苷含量的HPLC检测方法,为工业生产的质量控制提供有利依据。采用HPLC法测定乳癖康胶囊中橙皮苷含量,Shimpack VP-ODS C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(V乙腈∶V水=20∶80),柱温40℃,检测波长284nm。结果,橙皮苷在0.0824μg/m L^0.9064μg/m L范围内有良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=-5882+1 159 440X,r=0.9997,平均回收率100.5%,RSD为2.86%(n=6);精密度实验、稳定性实验和重复性实验考察的RSD分别为0.37%、0.37%和2.16%。HPLC法测定乳癖康胶囊中橙皮苷含量方法准确、重复性好,为控制乳癖康胶囊中橙皮苷含量提供了可行依据。
To establish the method of HPLC for determining Hesperidin in Rupikang capsule,and afford the evidence for the quality control of industrial production. The method of HPLC was developed to determine Hesperidin in Rupikang capsule. The developed conditions of HPLC were as follows： the shim- pack Shim- pack VP- ODS C18（ 150 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm） was used,the mobile phase was Acetonitrile- water（ 20∶ 80）,the column temperature was 40℃ and the detection wavelength was at 284 nm. The linear range of Hesperidin is 0. 0824μg / m L- 0. 9064μg / m L. The regression equation is： Y =- 5882 ＋ 1 159 440 X,r = 0. 9997. The average recovery is100. 5%,and the RSD is 2. 86%（ n = 6）. The RSD,in accuracy,stability and repeatability test,were 0. 37%,0. 37% and 2. 16%,respectively. This method is accurate,reliable and simple,which provide the scientific evidence for the quality control of Rupikang capsule.
