摘要
本文在载玻片上制备了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)/TiO_2复合薄膜,以甲基橙模拟工业废水表征了复合薄膜的催化效果:发现复合薄膜比TiO_2薄膜的催化效果好。通过XRD和SEM对复合材料的结构和形貌进行表征,发现复合薄膜中锐钛矿型TiO_2晶化程度更好;通过实验对复合薄膜在提拉方式、提拉速度、提拉层数的条件进行了优化;最后通过复合薄膜的紫外吸收光谱和固体荧光光谱阐述了MWNTs对薄膜的优化原因。
Through a simple sol-gel dip coating technique, TiO2 nanocrystalline-coated MWNTs composite as a new photocatalyst was fabricated on glass. The catalytic effect of composite films was characterized by methyl orange as wastewater. The composite films were found to be more active than the titanimn oxide films in photocatalytic decomposition. The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by XRD and SEM. Crystallization degree of anatase TiO2 composite film was better. Experimental conditions were optimized in different constant pulling rates, different calcined temperature and different layers. Finally, the optimi- zation reason of film added MWNTs was elaborated by absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of solid.
