电信诈骗问题的成因分析

"徐玉玉被电信诈骗致死案",将"电信诈骗"这一社会公害推向了舆论的风口浪尖,成为全国的众矢之的。电信诈骗近年来为何如此猖獗?电信诈骗是如何形成的?诈骗方式有哪些?电信诈骗有何特征?在"互联网+"背景下,如何多策并举对电信诈骗进行有效防治?针对上述问题,本刊特邀几位学者进行了专题研究,以期让人们认清电信诈骗的真实面目,为预防和治理这一社会公害提供参考。

The death of Xu Yuyu caused by a telecommunication fraud has aroused public attention on 'telecommunication fraud',and public opinions are seething with indignation.Why have recent years witnessed such a rampant phenomenon of telecommunication fraud? How are these frauds designed and in which ways are they performed? What are the characteristics of telecommunication frauds? What measures can be taken to prevent and control telecommunication frauds against the 'Internet + 'social background? To answer the above questions,we have invited some scholars to offer their opinions on the specific topic with a view to revealing the tricks of telecommunication frauds and offering suggestions as a whole on how to effectively prevent and control this social menace.
