摘要
当前,我国法学实践教学中普遍存在培养目标不明、教学内容过场化和学生认同度不高等实际问题。基于此,将批判性思维引入法学实践教学环节,开设批判性思维训练课程,在批判性思维模式下设计实践教学内容,应用苏格拉底式教学法等,探索实践教学改革的新路径。
At present, there are some problems in the practical teaching of law, such as unclear training goals, stereotype teaching contents and students' reluctant acceptance. In order to deal with the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to introduce critical thinking into the practical teaching of law, by providing the courses in critical thinking, designing practical teaching contents, and applying the Socratic approach, to explore new strategies for practical teaching reform.
