摘要 目的探讨尤瑞克林联合双抗血小板对急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能、凝血功能及神经功能的影响。方法将106例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,各53例。对照组采用单独抗血小板治疗,观察组采用尤瑞克林联合双抗血小板治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血管内皮功能、凝血功能、神经功能缺损评分及治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前血管内皮功能、凝血功能及神经功能缺损评分比较,差异均无统计学意义;观察组患者治疗后血浆内皮素-1、凝血功能及神经功能缺损评分降低幅度均大于对照组(P<0.01),血浆CO升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合双抗血小板可明显改善急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能、凝血功能及神经功能。 Objective To study curative efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase combined with dual antiplatelet in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effects on vascular endothelial function, blood coagulation function and nerve function. Meth- ods One hundred and sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, each 53 cases. Control group were treated with single antiplatelet therapy, while the observation group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase combined with dual antiplatelet. Then vascular endothelial function, coagulation function, nerve function defect score and therapeutic effect before and after treatment were compared. Results Compared two groups of patients with blood vessel endothelial function, blood coagulation function and nerve function defect score before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant ; After treatment, the levels of plasma en- dothelin-1 ,coagulation function and nerve function defect decreased ,in observation group were higher than those in control group( P 〈 0.01 ) ,plasma CO was higher than the control group( P 〈 0.01 ) ;The total effective rate of observation group was statistically higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with dual antiplatelet can improve vascular endo- thelial function, coagulation function and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
