CYP1A1基因MSP1 IIe-Val多态性与非黑色素性皮肤癌易感性的Meta分析

摘要 目的评价细胞色素P450酶CYP1A1基因MSP1、IIe-Val多态性与非黑色素性皮肤癌易感性的关系。方法检索Pubmed,embase,Cohrance,CNKI、维普、万方学位论文全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库平台,查找文献从建库到2015年10月。采用RevMan5.0.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入3篇文献,Meta分析见CYP1A1基因IIe-Val位点多态性等位基因IIe和Val与非黑色素性皮肤癌易感性有显著关联(IIe vs Val:OR=0.56,95%CI=0.37~0.85,P=0.007),未见CYP1A1基因MSP1多态性与非黑色素性皮肤癌易感性相关。结论CYP1A1基因IIe-Val多态性与非黑色素性皮肤癌相关,携带等位基因Val可增加非黑色素性皮肤癌发病率。 Objective To evaluate the association between P450 polymorphisms (CYP1A1 MSP1,CYP1A1 IIe- Val) and non-melanoma skin cancer. Methods The data of case-control studies of CYP1A1 MSP1 or IIe-Val and non-melanoma skin cancer from Pubmed, embase, Cohrance,CBM,CNKI and Wanfang were collected. Meta-analysis was con- ducted by Revman 5.0.0 software. Results Three case-control studies were enrolled. Meta-analysis showed significant difference between CYP1A1 IIe-Val and non-melanoma skin cancer (IIe vs Val: OR = 0.56,95% CI= 0.37-0.85, P = 0. 007). No significant difference was found between CYP1A1 MSP1 and non-melanoma skin cancer. Conclusion CYP1A1 MSP1 may relate to susceptibility of non-melanoma skin cancer, IIe allele may decrease the risk of suffering non-melanoma skin cancer.
