血浆γ-谷氨酰转移酶检测在Ⅱ型糖尿病中的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察血浆γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)和丙二醛(MDA)水平在Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中的变化,探讨γ-GT是否可以作为糖尿病患者体内氧化应激的标志物。方法测定78例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者与30例年龄、性别匹配的健康对照者的血浆γ-GT、MAD和血糖水平,并进行组间比较及临床指标间的相关分析。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血浆γ-GT活性水平(34.5±14.3)U/L和MDA浓度[(7.03±2.15)nmol/ml],均显著高于健康对照组的γ-GT活性水平[(21.1±7.1)U/L]和MDA浓度[(4.82±1.55)nmol/ml,P<0.001]。相关性分析发现,γ-GT活性与MDA浓度、血糖水平呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆γ-GT活性及MDA水平均显著升高,γ-GT活性可作为Ⅱ型糖尿病患者体内氧化应激的指标。 Objective To explore whether plasma gam ma-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT)activity is a markers of oxidative stress in type II diabetes mellitus. Methods 78 patients with type II diabetes mellitus and 30 healthy controls were recruited in the study. Plasma γ-GT activity was detected by routine biochemistry method. Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration was detected by thiobarbituric acid reactive substances. Clinical characteristics were collected from Medical records. Results The plasma levels of γ-GT and MDA were significantly increased in patients with type II diabetes mellitus compared to those in the healthy controls (P〈0. 001). Correlation analysis indicated that γ-GT activity was positively correlated with MDA and glucose levels (P〈0. 001). Conclusion The plasma γ-GT could be a marker of oxidative stress in patients with type II diabetes mellitus.
