优化血透预约服务流程在住院患者中的应用效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价优化血透预约服务流程在住院患者中的应用及效果。方法针对住院患者血透预约服务流程中存在的问题,我科与血透中心组建跨区域的血透预约管理小组,对现有的住院患者血透预约服务流程进行优化。选取2015年2~7月在我科住院的血透患者作为研究对象,以2015年5月开展优化血透预约服务流程为时间点,将未开展优化血透预约服务流程的患者分为对照组(292例)和已开展优化血透预约服务流程的患者分为观察组(300例),比较开展优化预约流程前后两组患者当日血透计划按时执行率、血透中低血压及低血糖发生率、相关知识知晓率、患者及医护人员满意度情况。结果血透预约服务流程优化后,住院患者当日血透计划按时执行率、血透相关知识知晓率、血透中低血压及低血糖发生率、患者和医护人员满意度均得到提高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论优化血透预约服务流程对提升血透护理水平、患者治疗质量,提高血透计划执行率、医护满意度均起到了积极作用。 Objective To explore the application and evaluate the effect of optimized hemodialysis appointing process among inpatients. Methods According to the existing problems of hemodialysis appointment, a special management team for hemodialysis appointment was established to improve the process. The program was conducted from February 2015 to July 2015. We divided the eligible inpatients into two groups by May 2015. The control group including 292 inpatients implemented usual hemodialysis appointment. The observation group with 300 inpatients used optimized hemodialysis appointment. Timely execution rate, hypotension events, hypoglycemia events,hemodiatysis related knowledge, inpatients' satisfaction, nurses' statisfaction and doctors' satisfaction was compared. Results Timely execution rate,incidence rate of hypotension eventsband hypoglycemia events, the awareness rate of hemodialysis related knowledge, inpatients' satisfaction, nurses' statisfaction and doctors' satisfaction are all significantsly increased (P〈0.05). Conlusion The implemention of optimized hemodialysis appointment can improve hemodialysis nursing level and promotes inpatients therapy quality. Also it plays a good role in increasing timely execution rate of hemodialysis and nurses'atisfaction.
