双导师制:师范生协同培养模式创新 被引量:12

摘要 "双导师制"具有培养目标的一致性、培养方式的互补性和培养过程的全面性等特点,实施"双导师制",能够深化师范生教师职业认同感,促进师范生教师师德养成,提升师范生职业素质,有利于师范生未来就业选择。当前,"双导师制"的施行还存在实施主体权责认识不够清晰、校内外导师教育合力未有效形成、考核评价体系急需完善等问题。为进一步推动"双导师制"实施,要将"双导师制"落实到师范生人才培养方案中,推进教师培养一体化;要加强过程管理,建立健全"双导师制"推进机制;要优化政策保障,不断完善"双导师制"激励机制。 Bi-tutorial system has its own traits:consistence of cultivation aims,mutual complement of cultivation mode,and comprehensiveness of cultivation process.The implementation of bi-tutorial system can deepen the professional self-identity of normal students,promote the formation of their professional ethics,and improve their professional qualities,which is good for their employment choices in the future.At present,the conduction of bi-tutorial system still exist some problems:responsibility of its implementer is not clear,the cooperation of tutors haven't effectively formed,and the perfection of evaluation system is urgent.To further promote the conduction of bi-tutorial system,the personnel cultivating programs to activate the integration of teachers' cultivation should be added into;to strengthen the process of management,its promotion mechanism should be built up and complemented;and to optimize political supports,its incentive mechanism should be improved constantly.
