双导师制:师范生协同培养模式创新

Bi-tutorial System:Innovating Cooperative Cultivation Mode for Normal University Students

"双导师制"具有培养目标的一致性、培养方式的互补性和培养过程的全面性等特点,实施"双导师制",能够深化师范生教师职业认同感,促进师范生教师师德养成,提升师范生职业素质,有利于师范生未来就业选择。当前,"双导师制"的施行还存在实施主体权责认识不够清晰、校内外导师教育合力未有效形成、考核评价体系急需完善等问题。为进一步推动"双导师制"实施,要将"双导师制"落实到师范生人才培养方案中,推进教师培养一体化;要加强过程管理,建立健全"双导师制"推进机制;要优化政策保障,不断完善"双导师制"激励机制。

Bi-tutorial system has its own traits：consistence of cultivation aims,mutual complement of cultivation mode,and comprehensiveness of cultivation process.The implementation of bi-tutorial system can deepen the professional self-identity of normal students,promote the formation of their professional ethics,and improve their professional qualities,which is good for their employment choices in the future.At present,the conduction of bi-tutorial system still exist some problems：responsibility of its implementer is not clear,the cooperation of tutors haven＇t effectively formed,and the perfection of evaluation system is urgent.To further promote the conduction of bi-tutorial system,the personnel cultivating programs to activate the integration of teachers＇ cultivation should be added into;to strengthen the process of management,its promotion mechanism should be built up and complemented;and to optimize political supports,its incentive mechanism should be improved constantly.
