摘要
采用盆栽法考察不同质量浓度的5种(Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb、As)重金属复合胁迫下酢酱草生理特性的变化。结果发现随着重金属胁迫浓度梯度的增加,酢酱草根系活力、生物量、叶绿素含量与空白对照组相比逐渐下降,而丙二醇(MDA)含量呈上升趋势。结果表明重金属水污染土壤可能对酢酱草造成明显不可逆的生理毒害效应。
The authors study the effect of compound heavy metals( Cd ,Zn,Cu,Pb ,As) intimidate on physio- logical characteristics of Oxalis corniculata L. by pot - cultivated experiments. The result shows that the level of root -activity, biomass and chlorophyll decreases significantly when compound heavy metals' concentration increa- ses. But the impact of malondialdehyde (MDA) becomes more significant. The results indicate that the heavy metal contaminated soils may cause irreversible physiologic damage to Oxalis corniculata L..
