摘要
目的通过了解北京市顺义区中小学生早餐用餐状况及影响因素,为采取有效的预防与干预措施提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,通过学生营养健康状况监测调查表对顺义区655名学生进行问卷调查。结果被调查的学生中,每天吃早饭比例为58.2%,有3.3%的学生每天不吃早餐。小学生早餐行为正确率最高(67.2%),走读生早餐行为正确率高于住宿生。学生每天早餐为家里自己做的占57.6%,不吃早餐的原因主要是没时间吃(37.1%),其次是不饿或不想吃(35.7%),结论顺义区中小学生早餐摄入频率低,就餐习惯较差,应开展有效营养教育。
Objective To understand the breakfast conditions and analyze its influencing factors in primary and secondary schools in Shunyi district of Beijing, in order to take effective prevention and intervention measures. Methods By using stratified cluster samplingmethod,655 students were collected from Shunyi district of Beijing, and surveyed with the student nutrition and health monitoring questionnaire. Results Among the students investigated,58.2% had breakfast every day, while 3.3% of primary and secondary school students reported breakfast skipping. 67.2% primary school students had breakfast, and the home-living students was higher than the boarder students. About 57.6% of students had home-made breakfast. The reasons for breakfast skipping included lack of time, less hunger or low appetite. Conclusion The breakfast consumption rate was low among primary and secondary students in Shunyi district. Appropriate health education on nutrition should be developed.
