摘要
目的通过对食物中毒事件的分析,提高食物中毒流行病学调查能力,在无实验室检测结果情况下揭示可能的污染环节。方法制定病例定义,开展病例主动搜索,对就餐人员食用菜品情况开展病例对照研究。结果共11人发病,均参加了2013年1月20日某会议中心聚餐,未参加者未发病。病例对照研究结果显示共同食用千层顺风(猪耳)和干烧野生菌为危险因素,OR=12(95%CI:1.3-567)。结论该起事件为一起中毒食品为千层顺风(猪耳)和干烧野生菌、存放条件不当造成的致病因子不明食物中毒。
Objective Through analyzing the cause of food poisoning, to improve the ability of Food poisoning epidemiological investigation and revealing the possible pollutant in the condition of no lab test results. Methods To difine case definition and take the cases searching. The case-control study was conducted for food that personnel ate. Results There were a total of 11 cases, who all had dinner in a conference center on January 20, 2013. No cases were detected among peoples that didn't attend the meeting. The case-control study showed that the Qiancengshunfeng (pig's ear) and dry wild fungus were risk factors, OR = 12 (95% CI: 1.3 -567). Conclusion The accident was a food poisoning caused by Qiancengshunfeng (pig' s ear) and dry wild fungus. The pathogenic factors were unknown.
