摘要
目的确定病原,为食物中毒处理提供依据。方法对采集到的食物中毒样品依据检测标准进行致病菌检测。结果从15件食物中毒样品中检出4株阴沟肠杆菌。其中,中毒病人便1株,剩余食品3株。结论确定此起食物中毒的病原菌为阴沟肠杆菌。
Objective To explore the pathogen of food-poisoning event, and provide basis for food poisoning treatment. Methods The pathogenic bacterium were detcted according tothenational standard operating method. Results There were 4 samples enterobacter cloacae positive in 15 samples, one was detected from the stool sample of patient, the other 3 were detected from the remained food sample. Conclusion The food-poisoning event was caused by enterobacter cloacae.
