摘要 异形管钢筋骨架自动变径滚焊机是生产钢筋混凝土排水管、管桩的主要设备之一.其被控电机数量多,种类多,输入输出点数多,控制系统结构复杂.文中基于Motionnet总线和HSL总线开发了一种高可靠性滚焊机网络化控制系统,实现了钢筋骨架全自动焊接、焊接参数采集和显示、滚焊机运行过程图形化显示、故障报警等功能.相对于传统的滚焊机控制系统,该系统具有更大的灵活性,适合目前市场上需要的各种异形管钢筋骨架的焊接加工.实验结果表明:该控制系统运行稳定可靠,实时性好,具有一定的实用和推广价值. The automatic complex shape tube steel skeleton seam welder is one of main devices for manufacturing concrete pipe and pipe stake,and it has many motors and many inputs and outputs and needs controlling,its motors including stepping motors and three phase asynchronous motors. A reliable distributed control system of automatic complex shape tube steel skeleton seam welder is developed based on Motionnet bus and HSL bus. The control system makes it possible to weld steel skeleton automatically,to show the process graphically,to collect and display the relevant data and to execute fault alarm. Compared with traditional control systems,the system is more flexible,and it can be used to weld all kinds of complex shape tube steel skeleton which is needed by the customer. Our experimental results indicate that the control system can run steadily and reliably,and the system is practical and useful.
