摘要
针对集装箱堆场出口箱箱位分配问题,考虑出口箱进场时间的随机性,在不同重量等级集装箱混合堆存模式下,以取箱装船过程中翻箱操作最小化、场内集卡运输距离最小化和使贝位内各堆栈中箱数均衡为目标,建立了堆场出口箱箱位分配的多目标优化模型,并设计启发式优化算法,对具体箱位分配问题进行求解;通过数值实验验证模型和算法的有效性,并对不同算法求解结果以及数学规划模型求解结果进行对比分析;该结果对堆场出口箱箱位分配问题有一定的实用价值.
Considering the randomness of export containers' time of arrival at yard and different heavyweight containers mixing pile,we propose a multi-objective optimization model to tackle the export container storage location assignment problem. The goal of the model is to minimize the reshuffling and storage cost and to make the number of each stack balance. Heuristic optimization algorithms are proposed to solve the model,and the results obtained by different algorithms are compared. The results have some practical value for outbound containers' storage location assignment.
