基于小样性能和柴油机台架试验的Urea-SCR钒基催化剂老化研究

摘要 本文分别应用小样评价试验和柴油机台架试验对国产的矾基催化剂和进口的钒基催化剂分别进行了水热老化和硫老化性能研究,并进行了对比分析。小样评价性能试验结果表明:两种矾基催化剂都有较强的抗硫老化能力;但对水热老化都非常敏感,国产矾基催化剂的NOx转化率的高效温度窗口降低了18%,进口矾基催化剂的NOx转化率的高效窗口降低了15%。柴油机台架试验结果表明:快速老化对矾基催化剂的活性有较大的影响,进口催化剂的劣化率低于国产钒基催化剂,但经过台架快速老化考核后的两种催化剂都能满足国IV排放标准的使用要求。 In this paper, the aging tests for domestic and imported vanadium base catalysts based on SCR technology were conducted on diesel engine bench test respectively, and the experi- mental results were compared with the imported commercial catalyst. The experimental result of cata- lytic activity showed that two vanadium catalysts were strongly sulfate-resistant against aging but very sensitive to the hydro-thermal aging, respectively with an approximately 18% and 15% reduction of high efficiency active temperature window. The fast aging experiments on the diesel engine bench test showed that the fast aging had greatly effects on the activity of vanadium based catalyst and that the imported catalyst had a lower deterioration rate than that of the domestic catalyst. Two catalysts meet the emission limit of China IV emission standards.
