摘要
在CNG发动机平台开发甲醇发动机,通过数值仿真方法利用GT-Power软件进行前期开发过程的性能仿真预测,并进行台架试验验证。首先校对原发动机模型,在不改变结构和布置的前提下,通过优化甲醇发动机的压缩比、EGR率、点火提前角,实现甲醇发动机的燃油经济性和动力性的最佳。
The methanol engine was developed on a CNG engine. During its initial development process, it performance was predicted by using a software GT-Power numerical simulation. The sim- ulation results were verified in the bench tests. Firstly, the model was calibrated, Then, without modification on the structure, the methanol engine was optimized via these factors such as the com- pression ratio, EGR ratio, ignition advance angle and so on, bringing the optimum fuel economy and performance.
