Application of CFD in the Design of a Lubrication System of a Gasoline Engine

本文基于Flowmaster软件建立某型发动机润滑系统的一维仿真模型。通过对某汽油机润滑系统的研究,模拟该发动机润滑系统在不同设计方案下的运行状态。通过对发动机润滑系统各部位的压力计算结果进行评估,确定发动机润滑系统的设计方案。

Using the flowmaster software, this paper established the 1 D numerical simulation for the lubrication system of a gasoline engine, simulating the operation of the engine lubrication system according to different design prop. Based on the research on the lubrication system, its operating sta- tus of the lubrication system is simulated under different design plan. According to the assessment on the calculated pressures in the all sites of the engine lubrication system, a design plan is determined.
