壳管式换热器入水水质处理研究

摘要 以某化工企业职工澡堂的壳管式换热器为研究对象,分析热水管道内水垢类型及产生原因,从理论层面分析水垢传热热阻、导致能源浪费情况,提出了对热水供水主管道增设广谱感应水处理器进行换热器的入水水质处理。研究结果表明,提高了换热器的换热效率,节省了能耗,有效解决了系统热水管道水垢堆积影响热水供应的问题,该技术可为相关企业水处理方面的应用提供了很好的借鉴。 Taking the shell and tube heat exchanger of a certain chemical enterprise as a research object, the scale type and causes in the pipeline were proposed, the heat transfer resistance of the scale from the theoretical level was analyzed, and the waste of the energy was caused, the hot water main pipe spectral induction water processor for water quality treatment of heat exchanger was put forward. The results showed that the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger was improved, the energy consumption was saved, and the problem of the hot water supply was effectively solved by the scale accumulation of the engineering hot water pipeline, which the technology can provide a reference related to the application of chemical water treatment companies.
