摘要
通过一步水热法合成了碳酸钠/碳点和碳酸钾/碳点两种混合材料。X射线衍射仪对两种样品结构对其表征发现具有碳酸钠和碳酸钾结构。通过325 nm激发光激发样品得到白色发射光。通过增加激发波长光激发样品发现样品发射光强度先增加然后发生红移,这种现象可以通过缺陷发光来解释。这项工作表明,表面状态的存在在探索发光碳纳米材料的功能发挥了重要的作用。这种样品可以用来实现白发光二极管。
Na2CO3/carhon dots and K2CO3/carbon were synthesized via one-step hydrothermal method. The X-raydiffraction (XRD) pattern that two nanomaterials Na2CO3 and K2CO3 structure. The PL spectra of the two nanomaterials show white light emission under the excitation wavelength of 325 nm. The intensity of the emitted light first then red shifts by increase excitation wavelength. This phenomenon can be explained by the defect luminescence. This work that the presence of surface states an important role in exploring functions of luminescent carbon nanomaterials. These two nanomaterials can be used to realize a white LED.
