摘要
总有机碳能够直接反应水体被有机物质污染的程度,使用Aurora 1030W型总有机碳分析仪,采用过硫酸盐湿法氧化-非分散红外吸收法测定水中总有机碳。通过绘制标准曲线、精密度试验、准确度试验、加标回收等一系列试验来验证该方法,并对实际水样进行了测定。结果表明,该方法标准曲线相关系数为0.9996,准确度高,重现性好,相对标准偏差为0.43%-3.1%,加标回收率为97.2%-105%,适合用于水中总有机碳的测定。
The total organic carbon could directly reflect the extent of pollution by organic matter in water. The total organic carbon in water was determined by Aurora 1030W total organic carbon analyzer and using the method of sodium persulfate wet oxidation and non- dispersive infrared absorption. The total organic carbon was determined by drawing standard curve, precise experiment, accurate experiment and standard recovery experiment to test and verify this method. The total organic carbon in water was also determined. The results indicated that the correlation coefficient of the method was 0. 9996 and the method was high accurate and reproducible, relative standard deviation was 0. 43 % -3.1% , recovery rate was 97.2%- 105%, which was fit for determining TOC in water.
