摘要
对珠三角地区不同流域中表层水及河蚬体内双酚A、壬基酚含量进行了初步调查。调查发现,本实验所设四个采样点中水体及河蚬体内双酚A、壬基酚的检出率均为100%,其中水样中双酚A的浓度为0.038-0.860μg/L;壬基酚的浓度为0.42-1.86μg/L;河蚬软体组织中双酚A的浓度介于0.35-2.66μg/g(干重);壬基酚的浓度介于3.52-6.90μg/g(干重),河蚬体内双酚A、壬基酚含量较高的河段主要污染源为生活污水、工业废水。
A preliminary investigation on the content of BPA and NP in corbicula fluminea at different watersheds of Pearl River Delta was studied. The result showed that the detection rate of BPA and NP in water and corbicula fluminea were 100% at four sampling points. The concentration of BPA were between 0. 038 - 0. 860 μg/L, the concentration of NP were between 0. 42 - 1.86 μg/L in water. The concentration of BPA were between 0. 35 - 2.66 μg/g ( dw), the concentration of NP were between 3.52 - 6. 90 μg/g (dw) in corbicula fluminea, and the main pollution source were domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.
