摘要
运用夹点技术对催化重整装置现有换热网络进行分析,发现夹点之下因使用热公用工程,导致冷公用工程超目标值186%,热公用工程超目标值136%,E204取热过多导致重整生成油出装置温度低,增加了4.4 MW热量消耗。通过优化换热网络,合理取热,热公用工程减少26.4%,冷公用工程减少37.6%,换热面积减少10.4%。实现了能量合理回收利用,提高了装置经济性。
The exiting heat exchanger network of naphtha reformer plant was analyzed based on pinch theory. It showed that the cooler was in use below the pinch point, leading the cooling and heating utility duties exceed the target of 186% and 136% respectively. And the temperature of reformate to aromatic plant was not eligible due to too much heat transfer by E204, which increased an extra 4. 4 MW of energy consumption. Both heating and cooling utility duties were sharply reduced by retrofitting the heat exchanger network ( heating utility of 26.4% , cooling utility of 37.6% ) , while the total heat transfer area required was reduced by almost 10. 4%. the energy was recycled reasonably, and made novel network more economically feasible.
