摘要
基于建构主义教学理论,在试样分离技术实验教学中引入以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式。以萃取分离-丁二酮肟分光光度法测定硬币中镍含量实验为例,探讨了PBL教学模式的具体应用。教学效果证明,PBL教学模式有效培养了学生自主获取知识能力,以及解决实际测试问题技能,同时促进了认知学习和合作学习的开展。
The problem-based learning (PBL) teaching mode was introduced into the sample separation technology experimental teaching based on the constructuralism teaching theory. The PBL teaching mode was applied in the extraction separation-the dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometric method for the determination of nickel in coin experiment. The results of the PBL teaching mode demonstrated that the introducing PBL teaching mode effectively cultivated students' independent ability to acquire knowledge and their skills to solve practical test problems, and the teaching mode promoted students' cognitive and cooperative learning.
