摘要 高效智能化节水灌溉技术是提高水资源利用效率,提高作物种植经济效益的有效途径。采用SWOT分析法分析了发展诸暨市高效智能化节水灌溉的内外条件和环境,以期为技术的推广提供依据。研究表明,诸暨市在发挥高效智能化节水灌溉技术的应用效益方面有明显优势,而在应用基础、应用成本、应用人员结构等方面存在劣势,面临国家重视程度高、经济环境好等机遇,同时也存在经营规模小,基础设施建设滞后等矛盾。通过构建SWOT分析矩阵,提出发展策略。 Intelligent water-saving irrigation can improve the utilization efficiency of water and the profitability of crop production. In this stud- y, SWOT analysis is adopted to identify the opportunities, threats, strengthens and weaknesses of Intelligent Water-saving irrigation develop- ment in Zhuji City of Zhejiang Province. The results show that Zhuji City has obvious preponderance in the aspects of economic, social and ecological benefits of the technology; while has weaknesses as application basis, cost, and user's ability. Zhuji City is facing the opportunities of high recognition degree of the government, higher income level of farmers, while facing the threats as small land area, lag -behind field fundamental construction. In the end, some corresponding suggestions are proposed based on SWOT analysis.
