起重机械断错相保护装置的加装及改造探讨

Installation and Reformation of False Phase Protection For Crane

基于TSG Q7015-2008《起重机械定期检验规则》B7.7条(起重机械供电电源断错保护)的规定,针对此规程实施前出厂的没有加装断错相保护装置的起重机械及新规程实施后出厂的已经加装断错相保护装置但加装不合理的起重机械进行加装和合理改造。本文从起重机械断错相保护装置加装(或改造)的必要性及重要性、加装原理、加装方法进行分析探讨,以达到检规要求,确保安全。

Based on the requirements of No.B7.7, the false phase connection/disconnection protection for crane from TSG Q7015—2008 Regulation for Periodicity Inspection of Lifting Applicances, this paper aims at the installation and reformation of the cranes without the false phase connection/disconnection protection before the Regulation was enacted and those with the protection installed but not proper. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes and discusses the necessity, importance of theory and methods installation or reformation of the false phase protection for crane, to meet the requirements of the regulation and ensure security.
