摘要
一台大跨度的电动葫芦桥式起重机,在使用过程中发现端梁开裂现象。通过查阅该起重机的设计图纸等资料,利用有限元软件建模,模拟施加两种极端工况下的动载荷,分析了端梁开裂的原因。
End beam cracking was found in an electric hoist bridge crane with a large span during usage. By consulting the crane's design drawings and other data, the finite element software is used to simulate the dynamic loads under two extreme conditions, and the end beam cracking reason is analyzed.
