Case Analysis and Preventive Measures of Drum Package and Penetrating Crack in the Bottom of an Industrial Boiler

本文简要介绍了锅炉内部检验过程中发现的一起工业锅炉锅筒底部鼓包和穿透性裂纹的案例,为了防止类似事故的发生,结合长期检验实践经验,从锅炉的设计制造、水质处理、使用操作等方面对该起事故的成因进行剖析,并提出处理意见和今后运行操作管理等预防措施。

This paper briefly introduced the case of an industrial boiler drum package and a penetrating crack in the process of boiler internal inspection. In order to prevent the occurrence of similar accidents, combining with the experience of long term test, the cause of the accident was analyzed from the design and manufacture of boiler, water quality treatment, operation and other aspects. At the same time, treatment opinion and future operational management and other preventive measures were put forward in the paper.
