As the LPG is widely used, and under the background of modern logistics, LPG tanker accidents in highway tunnels, brings a new task to emergency disposal. This article summarizes the safe disposal of a rollover accident of full loaded LPG tanker in the deep tunnel, analyzes all kinds of risks, describes the selection of several common disposal schemes, proposes tank car disposal measures in extreme hard and dangerous work condition in the deep tunnel, to avoid secondary accident, which provides a case reference for LPG tanker accident emergency rescue preplan system.
