摘要
针对某公司绩效考核系统中考勤数据手工录入工作量大、数据不准且无法实时获取更新的问题,构建基于指纹考勤机开发接口的考勤数据管理系统。结合公司已有的考勤模式及考核需求,设计该系统的主要功能,通过用户需求调研分析、系统分析与设计、系统编码实现等过程,实现了基于B/S结构的指纹考勤机数据管理系统。主要功能包括指纹考勤机设备操作、外部系统接口管理、数据管理、统计分析和日常维护等五个基本功能。该系统可通过局域网操作联网考勤机,并与绩效考核系统无缝对接,达到了考勤电子化、数据更新及时的目的,简化了考勤管理员操作,提高了工作效率。
Aiming at the problems of performance evaluation system of a certain company in large workload of manual input, inaccurate data and unable to get updates in real-time, we constructed an attendance data management system, which is based on development interface of fingerprint attendance machine. Combining existing attendance evaluation patterns and evaluation demand in the company, we designed the main functions of the system, and implemented the B/S structure-based data management system for fingerprint attendance machine through the processes of users demand investigation and analyses, system analysis and design, system coding realisation and so on. Main functions of the system cover five basic functions including equipment operation, external system interface management, data management, statistical analysis and daily maintenance. The system can access the data of attendance machines through wireless local area network and be connected seamlessly to performance evaluation system, thus achieves the goal of electronic attendance evaluation and timely data updating. It simplifies the operation of attendance administrators and improves the work efficiency as well.
