利用速生杨木改性材制作实木胶合测试件的工艺技术研究

The Manufacturing Technology of Glued Specimen Made of Modified Poplar Wood

本文以有机浸渍、无机浸渍以及高温热处理后的杨木改性材为原材料,配合使用三种不同组分的木工胶粘剂以及两种木纹胶合方式,设计研究了杨木改性材的胶合试件的制作工艺,为胶合强度的检测提供测试试件,以便验证改性杨木用于制作中高档实木家具的可能性。

Poplar is one of the main fast-growing tree species planted in Jiangsu province of China.The application of the wood of fast-growing poplar is severely restricted due to their defects.In the context of the current shortage of natural solid wood resources,how to make high-grade furniture from fast-growing poplar wood and achieve high value-added utilization of poplar wood in the wood processing and furniture industry become one of the main topics of the development and application research.Therefore,the research verifies the possibility of making high-grade furniture with the manufacturing technology of the glued wood specimen by modified fast-growing poplar wood.Taken three different kinds of modified fastgrowing poplar wood as base material,the glued specimens were produced through cutting off,Trimming,planning,sanding and precise cutting,and followed by gluing with three different kinds of adhesive.
