新型体育智库建设中的体育科学研究工作

Sports Science Research Work in New Sports Think Tank Construction

研究的目的旨在明确建设体育强国需要高水平的体育智库,通过强化新型体育智库建设以促进体育科研转型。通过采用文献资料等研究方法,对新型体育智库建设与体育科研转型进行深入研究。研究结果认为:建设体育强国需要高水平的体育智库。加快新型体育智库建设,只要把握好新型体育智库建设中体育科学研究工作的新特点,厘清强化新型体育智库建设需要的各种关系,就能准确选择建设新型体育智库的路径,达到提质增效,加强能力建设,引领发展方向,加快成果转化之目的。研究意义在于:以正确对待,搞好衔接,重视和处理好三种关系,为加快新型体育智库建设,推动体育科研工作转型做了有益地探索;研究价值证明:有助于把握体育智库功能,明确体育智库建设目的,加深对新型体育智库的理性认识和实践升华有一定的指导意义。

This study aimed at identifying whether constructing sports power needs a high level of sports think tank,and wanted to promote transformation of scientific research by strengthening the new sports think tank. This study analyzed the new sports think tank and transformation of scientific research by the method of literature review. Results： Constructing sports power needs a high level of sports think tank. Grasping the new characteristics of sports science research work in new sports think tank construction,and classifying the relationships of new sports think tank construction,can help us to choose the right path to achieve the targets of improving quality and ability,leading development direction and accelerating transformations. This study has a significant exploration on acceleration of new sports think tank construction and sports science research promotion by paying attention to and dealing with three kinds of relations. This study can help to clear the function and target of sports think tank for deeply understanding it.
