体育分层教学模式下大学女生体质健康的变化及影响因素研究 被引量:18

Changes and Influencing Factors of Female College Students' Physical Fitness After Stratified Teaching Mode of Physical Education

摘要 为探讨高校体育分层教学对学生体质健康的作用及影响因素,对南昌大学女生实施历时1个学期、以体质健康状况为主要分层依据与教学目标的体育分层教学实验,教学实验前后分别测定受试学生的体质健康指标,调查教学实验期间其体质健康与肥胖相关行为情况,采用Logistic回归法分析体质健康评分与BMI值变化的影响因素。结果发现,分层教学实验后学生柔韧性、肌肉耐力、速度、无氧耐力素质与体质健康总体水平显著提高,BMI值也显著高于实验前;课外体育锻炼频率与体育锻炼强度增加一个等级可使学生体质健康评分升高的概率分别增大至2.556与3.063倍;甜食摄入、膨化食品摄入与睡前加餐次数上升一个等级可使学生BMI值升高的概率分别增大至3.886、3.735与4.782倍。研究认为,高校在开展体育分层教学的同时,应进一步加强学生体育锻炼活动的组织与监督、体育锻炼强度的评价与指导、体质健康教育模式的完善与实证研究工作。 This study explored the effect of stratified teaching of physical education on students' physical fitness and the influencing factors by implementing one semester stratified teaching of physical education that physical fitness is its stratified reference and teaching objective on female college students in Nanchang. Students' physical fitness indexes were tested before and after stratified teaching,and their behaviors about physical fitness and obesity were investigated,and the influencing factors of physical health score and BMI were analyzed by Logistic regression.The results showed that after stratified teaching,students' flexibility,muscle endurance,speed,anaerobic endurance,overall physical fitness level,and BMI values were improved significantly. Adding one level of frequency or intensity of extracurricular physical exercise can increase the probability of improving students' physical fitness scores 3. 063 or 2. 556 folds respectively. Adding one level of sweet food intake,puffed food intake and the number of bedtime meals can increase the probability of rising students' BMI values 3. 886,3. 735,or 4. 782 folds respectively. Suggestions: With the development of stratified teaching of physical education,colleges should further strengthen the development and supervision of students' physical exercise,the evaluation and guidance of physical exercise intensity,and the improvement of physical health education pattern and empirical research.
