摘要
美国能源之星标准对窗式空调器的安装附件的保温性能提出了具体要求,其热阻值要求大于1。本文详细介绍R1,并分析美国窗式空调器目前使用安装情况和R1安装附件设计技术难点。针对难点,作者开发了两种R1安装附件方案:可拼接发泡PVC隔热板部件和压花EVA隔热板组件。两种方案均通过第三方测试机构的认证测试,在满足R1值要求的情况下,安装方便,上升成本低,目前已大批量应用生产。
US Energy Star standards made specific requirements for the insulation properties of installation attachment of Window Air Conditioners, that the thermal resistance value must greater than 1.This paper introduces R1, and analysis of the present installation situation of window air conditioners of the United States and technical difficulties of design R1 installation attachment. To solve the difficulty, the author developed two kinds of R1 installation attachment program:spliceable foam PVC insulation board components and embossed EVA insulation board components. Both programs are certified by third-party testing organizations to meet the requirements of the R1 value, easy to install, low-cost, the current high-volume production applications.
