小型窗式空调器的系统优化

System Optimization of Small Window Air Conditioner

摘要 对小型窗式空调器进行了双毛细管系统改为单毛细管系统的实验研究,测试了单毛细管系统的能力能效,并优化其蒸发器流路。实验结果表明,在双毛细管节流效果无法使系统状态调整至最佳时,通过更换单毛细管增强其节流效果,能力提高了4.2%,能效提高了2.6%。单毛细管系统蒸发器流路通过采用适量合流管路后,制冷量提高了2.3%,能效提高了1.4%。 Experimental investigation on small window air conditioner which change its two capillary tubes to one capillary tube. The performances of the system with one capillary tube have been experimental investigated and the flow path of the evaporator have been optimized further. The experimental results show that the capacity and Energy Efficiency Ratio improved 4.2% and 2.6% respectively by changing system’s two capillary tubes to one capillary tube because of the throttling effect was improved. In addition, the flow path of the evaporator of the system with one capillary tube have been optimized by having appropriate number of public pipeline and the capacity and Energy Efficiency Ratio improved 2.3% and 1.4% respectively.
