复方青黛丸联合紫外线照射对老年寻常型银屑病患者临床疗效及免疫炎症指标的影响

Clinical efficacy of Compound Qingdai Pill combined with ultraviolet ray for psoriasis vulgaris and effects on immune inflammation

目的观察复方青黛丸联合紫外线照射对老年寻常型银屑病患者临床疗效及免疫炎症指标的影响。方法将98例老年寻常型银屑病患者随机分为对照组(48例)和研究组(50例),对照组患者给予复方青黛丸治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上采用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,治疗8周后,比较2组患者临床疗效及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平的变化。结果研究组患者总有效率(94.00%)较对照组(75.00%)明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.820,P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、瘙痒评分、TNF-α、IL-8水平均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,研究组PASI评分、瘙痒评分、TNF-α、IL-8水平显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组患者复发率(12.00%)较对照组(35.42%)明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.477,P<0.05)。结论复方青黛丸联合紫外线照射治疗老年寻常型银屑病患者临床疗效显著,可降低机体免疫炎症反应及复发率,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Compound Qingdai Pill combined with ultraviolet ray on immune inflammation index in the treatment of elderly psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group（ 48 cases） and research group（ 50 cases）. The control group was given Compound Qingdai Pill,and the research group was given narrow-band ultraviolet ray on the basis of the control group for 8weeks. The clinical effect and the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of research group（ 94. 00%） was significantly higher than that of control group（ 75. 00%）（ χ^2= 6. 820,P〈0. 05）. The PASI score,pruritus score and the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,especially in the research group（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of research group（ 12. 00%） was significantly lower than that of control group（ 35. 42%）（ χ^2= 7. 477,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Compound Qingdai Pill combined with ultraviolet ray can decrease immune inflammation reaction,with low recurrence rate,safety and reliability in the elderly patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
