养阴生肌散合并玉女煎治疗老年复发性口疮的疗效观察

Effects of Yangyin Shengji powder combined with Yunv compound on recurrent aphthous ulcer in the elderly patients

目的观察养阴生肌散合并玉女煎治疗老年复发性口疮(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)患者的临床疗效。方法将58例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组29例给予养阴生肌散及常规基础治疗,治疗组29例在对照组治疗基础上加服玉女煎治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive Creactive protein,hs-CRP)水平、口疮复发的频次以及临床疗效。结果治疗14 d后,治疗组患者的血清hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组,口疮复发次数较对照组降低,且治疗有效率比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义。结论养阴生肌散合并玉女煎治疗老年RAU有较好临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effects of Yangyin Shengji powder combined with Yunv compound on recurrent aphthous ulcer（ RAU） in the elderly patients. Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Yangyin Shengji powder on the basis of routine basic treatment. The treatment group was treated with Yangyin Shengji powder combined with Yunv compound. The dynamic change of serum hs-CRP level,the incidence rate of RAU and clinical effect were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The level of hs-CRP of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. The effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusions Yangyin Shengji powder combined with Yunv compound has significant clinical effect in the treatment of RAU in the elderly patients.
