45岁的马化腾创办腾讯18年了。刚刚过去的11月11日是腾讯18周年纪念日,当天马化腾联合总裁办成员给在职员工、离职员工、外包人员和公司服务人员发出了总计3000万元的微信红包。那天应该是＂双十一＂的主场,结果朋友圈被腾讯的＂红包雨＂刷屏。这并不是高潮。因为马化腾晚些时候还宣布了一个决定,给在职员工每人300股腾讯股票。

With the market value of over $230 billion,Tencent has become the biggest Internet Company in Asia.And its products,Wechat and QQ,have accumulated 806 million and 899 million users respectively.Looking through the whole Internet world,it has no matching rivals.Ma Huateng,whose age is 45,built up Tencent 18 years ago.He had paved a marvelous road with copycat first,public enemy halfway,and finally became the leader.However,Ma has always got a sense of crisis.Still,he has no idea on what innovation would impact the world in next stage.
