摘要
采用盆栽的方式,以豫烟10号为试验材料,研究了不同施肥处理对植烟土壤酶活性及根系活力的影响。结果表明,常规施肥+芝麻饼肥+生物质炭(处理T_1)、常规施肥+秸秆覆盖还田(处理T_2)、常规施肥+芝麻饼肥(处理T_3)、常规施肥+生物质炭(处理T_4)均较常规施肥处理在不同程度上提高了土壤过氧化氢酶、土壤蔗糖酶和土壤脲酶的活性,其中以常规施肥+芝麻饼肥+生物质炭(处理T_1)、常规施肥+生物质炭(处理T_4)效果较好。不同施肥处理土壤蛋白酶活性的变化趋势较为复杂,无明显规律性。烤烟根系活力在旺长期会迅速增加,常规施肥+芝麻饼肥+生物质炭(处理T_1)对提高烤烟根系活力的效果最为显著。
Taking Yuyan 10 as experimental material, the effects of different fertilization treatments on the soil enzyme activities and root activity were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization,T1,T2,T3 and T4 treatments all improved the activity of soil catalase, soil invertase and soil urease in different degrees, and the treatment effect of T1 and T4 was better. The change trend of soil protease activity in different fertilization treatments was complicated, and there was no obvious regularity. The root activity of fluecured tobacco in fast-growing period increased rapidly, and the effect of T1 treatment on root activity of flue-cured tobacco was the most significant.
