宁麦13小麦超高产攻关及配套栽培技术研究

摘要 采用水稻秸秆全量机械还田小麦高产高效栽培技术建立宁麦13超高产攻关田。结果表明:该技术与常规对照处理相比,可显著地提高宁麦13的有效穗数、每穗粒数及实际产量,可增产14.57%~17.02%,对千粒重影响不明显;该研究结果为宁麦13在苏中沿海区域的推广提供了一定的理论依据。 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the synovial lining of the joint,and its pathogenesis remains unknown.More and more evidences indicated that mast cells(MCs)play a critical role in the pathogenesis of RA and are participated through various pathways in the RA processing.Activated MCs release a large number of inflammatory mediators causing the changes of the microenvironment of the joint cavity,which induces the recruitment of other immune cells and the activation of other type of synovial cells,along with MCs together involved in the process of inflammation and tissue damage.Recently,mast cell as the therapeutic target for RA diseases is becoming a focus of new drug development,therefore,studying and discussing the biological characteristics and functions of mast cells and their relationships with RA progress in depth will help to understand the pathological mechanisms and to open a new avenue for the therapy of RA.
