摘要
菌物分类学课程是森林保护专业重要的专业课程。实验教学主要以观察不同菌物的微观形态特征(菌丝、孢子、产孢器官等)为主。本研究通过在菌物分类课程实践教学过程中将学生制作好的切片进行拍照、测量,通过不断探索提高BX51正直研究微分图像系统的各项功能,得到更加清晰的图片信息,提高实践教学效果,还能够更加高效地开展微观特征的数据分析,提高学生的毕业论文质量和教师的科研论文水平。
Fungus taxonomic course is an important professional course of forest conservation.The key of experimental teaching is to observe morphological characteristics (hyphae, spore, fruiting organ and so on)of fungus.This research hammered at improving the various functions of BX51 through taking pictures and measuring the slices which were made by students and then got more clear picture information.This way not only improved the effect of practice teaching,but also carried out the data analysis of microscopic characteristics efficiently and then improved the thesis quality of students and the scientific papers level of teachers.
