摘要
选取海峡两岸共有的食品标准与法规等食品领域标准与法规类课程为典型范例,基于海峡两岸相关标准与法规应用领域人才的社会需求及职业能力要求,对两岸食品领域标准与法规类课程的教学模式进行对比分析。通过分析两岸该类课程在教学思想、教学目标、课程设计、教学原则、教学方法等方面的共性和差异性,分别对两岸该类课程教学模式的实施效果进行有效性评价,为中国大陆地区标准与法规类课程教学模式的研究和实践提供借鉴。
Taking the general cross-strait courses of standards and regulations in the field of food, especially the course of Food Standards and Regulations as typical examples, this article made a comparative study for the cross-strait teaching model of regulations and standards course based on the job demands and vocational ability in the field of food.After the analysis of the similarities and differences in the aspects of teaching ideas ,teaching objectives, curriculum design, teaching principles, teaching methods on both sides of the courses, this article made the effectiveness evaluation of the class teaching mode implementation effect respectively and gave the direct reference for the improvement of teaching mode in the mainland of China.
