政治规矩是政党组织对政治成员的外在规范,是政党本性的重要外在表现。政治规矩的践行不仅需要政治组织的外在压力,更需要政治成员的内在主动性。将政治规矩中蕴含的党性内化为政治成员的党性修养,以党性修养激发党员遵守政治规矩的内在积极性和主动性,形成政治规矩践行的内生动力,从而为政治规矩的践行提供内在化依据。

Political rules, an external standard of party members stipulated by a party organization, are an impor-tant external reflection of political party virtues. In the practice of political rules, the political initiativation of party members is needed apart from the external pressure of political organizations. The party spirit embedded in political rules is internalized into the spirit cultivation of each party member, which triggers their enthusiasm and initiative of abiding by political rules and helps formulate the endogenous motivation of political practice, thus providing internalizational basis for the practice of political rules.
