Escape from the Traditional Wall The Ecological and Technological Nature of CEG

受德国、瑞士低碳节能建筑和极简居住理念的影响,中鹰·黑森林在近12年的建造过程中,历经两次产品升级,完成了从传统装饰主义到包豪斯绿色科技住宅的彻底转变。文章详细介绍了中鹰·黑森林项目"长寿命、免维护、低能耗"的建筑理念,以及对建筑科技技术的深度探索和运用,阐述了中鹰在科技住宅领域取得的成果。

Under the influence of the concepts of energy-saving building with low-carbon materials and the minimal lifestyle in Germany and Switzerland, CEG has upgraded its Schwarzwald program twice throughout its construction process, spanning almost 12 years. As a result, the buildings in the program have witnessed a radical transformation from the traditional-style decoration to the Bauhaus- style decoration with green technology. This paper introduces, in great details, the architectural concept of longevity, maintenance-free and energy-saving in the design of the Schwarzwald program, and also addresses the extensive exploration of construction technology and the way of their application. Overall, this paper illustrates the achievement made by the CEG in the field of housing technology.
