促进教师深度学习:教师培训课程设计转轨 被引量:5

摘要 中小学教师培训针对性不强和内容泛化主要原因在于中小学教师培训课程设计存在问题。设计什么样的培训课程很大程度上取决于课程设计者持有的课程设计理念。比较有代表性的教师培训课程主要有横向课程和纵向课程。基于长期的中小学教师培训实践和研究,结合具体的教师培训课程设计案例,认为教师培训横向课程是教师培训规模发展阶段的产物,在特定的历史阶段曾作出应有的贡献,而进入教师培训质量提升和内涵发展阶段后,纵向课程的价值得到了极大的体现。从横向课程向纵向课程转轨是教师培训改革的必然要求。文章认为从横向课程向纵向课程转轨有利于促进教师深度学习,有利于提升教师培训质量和内涵。 The primary reason for the lack of pertinence and the emptiness of the contents of primary and middle school teacher training lies in the problems in the curriculum design for primary and middle school teacher training.What kind of training courses to design depends largely on curriculum designers who hold the concept of the curriculum design. The more general teacher training courses are mainly horizontal courses and vertical courses. Based on the long-term practice and research of teacher training in primary and middle schools, and the specific cases of teacher training curriculum design, it is considered that the horizontal courses are the product of teacher training at the large-scale development stage, which has made good contributions at the specific historical phase. When entering the stage of promoting the quality of teacher training and development, the value of the vertical courses has been greatly emphasized. The transition from horizontal courses to vertical courses is the necessity and requirement of teacher training reform. It is believed that the transition from horizontal courses to vertical courses is conducive to promoting in-depth teacher learning and improving the quality and intention of teacher training.
