摘要 艾利森委员会的成立,表明早期美国政府对于政府如何管理科学事务的主动思考和积极探索,该委员会的最终报告,是对于长期自发形成的美国科学事务之多元分散管理模式以及科学与政府关系现状的肯定与确认。这种理念,深刻影响了美国科技政策的后续发展。 The Allison Commission played an important role in the early history of American science policy. Its final report was some kind of re-confirmation to the relationship between science and US government.
