中文教师在应用技术型大学转型中的专业自觉

摘要 在应用技术型大学转型的趋势中,中文教师的专业自觉是其所属学科"转型"成功与否的关键。这种专业自觉主要体现在理论自觉和实践自觉两个方面。理论自觉可以抵制偏见,增强自信,促发"转型"的主观能动性。专业的实践自觉则离不开对教学的实训化、科研社会化过程的关注和行动。两项工作的并举,将有利于中文教师直面"转型"机遇和挑战,在建设"现代职业教育"体系的工作中更加积极有为。 During the process of the transformation of the Application Technology University, the professional consciousness of Chinese teachers is the key to the success of the "transformation" of the subject. The professional consciousness is mainly embodied in two aspects: theory and practice. Theoretical consciousness can resist bias, enhance self--confidence, and promote the "transformation" of the subjective initiative. And professional practice can not be separated from the training of teaching, scientific research and social concern and action. The two work together, will be conducive to the Chinese teachers facing the "transformation" opportunities and challenges and work positively in the construction of modern vocational education system.
