摘要
校长教学领导力是学校教学改革突破的关键,对校长教学领导力的研究已有很多,但是没有将性别视角考虑到其中,对女校长的教学领导力没有深入研究,尤其是对处于边缘山区的女校长而言,其教学领导力的形成尤其自己特殊的历程和影响因素,一般的校长教学领导力理论不能说明这些特殊的女校长的教学领导力的特殊性。因此,本文以口述史研究方法,分析了一位农村中学女校长的职业与生活经历,对影响其教学领导力形成的因素进行了分析。作为一名农村的女教师,在其成长为校长的过程中,有诸多制约因素,如何克服这些因素,是农村女校长教学领导力突破瓶颈制约的关键。
The principal of teaching leadership is the key to the reform of school teaching breakthrough. There are many studies of the principal teaching leadership, but non of which considered the gender problem: the depth study on teaching leadership of headmistress,in countryside areas. The formation of the headmistresses teaching leadership is a special process and has influential factors. While the general principal leadership theory cannot explain these things. By using the oral history research method,this paper analyzes a rural middle school girls- schools career and life experiences, and the factors that affect the formation of her leadership in teaching. As a female teachers in the countryside, there are many restricting factors. This paper tells how to overcome these factors, and how to break through the restrictions on developing rural headmistress teaching leadership.
